3 Jazz Lessons

The 3 Jazz Lessons are written in a swing feel. In Jazz Lesson 1 and 2, the left hand creates a unique atmosphere through the succession of a tritone chord (overmatched fourth) followed by a diminished fifth.

Lesson 1 is suitable for students in grade 2.4. At the end of Jazz Lesson 2 these quarter chords are also shown in the right hand. This Jazz Lesson is suitable for the 4th grade. Jazz Lesson 3 makes use of a walking bass. This Jazz Lesson is suitable for the 3rd grade.
